Refund policy

All sales are final

Every Woo Collection piece is a single item with only one in stock, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit or colour. Please check the measurements and fabric details on each product page before ordering, and email us at hello@woocollection.ca if you have any questions.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, email hello@woocollection.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return label. The item must be unworn and unwashed, with its original tags attached.

After we receive and inspect the item, we will refund you to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it ships by emailing hello@woocollection.ca. Orders cancelled before shipping are refunded in full.
