FAQ

Why do your prices feel lower than other boutiques?

We work directly with the mills and factories at the very top of the supply chain and handle every step ourselves. With no wholesalers, distributors or boutique rents in between, what you pay goes into the fabric and the making. It is not a sale — it is simply how we work.

Why is there only one of each piece?

We select each piece individually rather than producing in bulk. When a piece finds its home, it will not return — so if something speaks to you, we would not wait too long.

How do I know it will fit?

Every listing shows the garment’s own measurements. See our Size Guide to compare them with a piece you own, or write to us with your height — we will gladly help before you order.

Can I return or exchange an item?

As every piece is one of one, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns for fit, colour or change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — any time before it ships. Email us with your order number and we will refund you in full.

Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?

We ship across Canada from Vancouver. Standard shipping is CA$12.99 and free on orders over CA$120; express is also available at checkout. Orders leave us within 1–3 business days.

Do you ship to the United States?

Not yet — for now we ship within Canada only.

Are your pieces suitable for sensitive skin?

Woo began with our own sensitive skin. Every fabric is chosen by hand and tested on sensitive skin before we offer it, and each listing names the exact composition, so you can choose with confidence.

How should I care for my piece?

Every listing gives care notes for that piece in English — please follow those first. Our Fabric & Care guide covers every fibre we carry.
